τρέχουμε,τρέχεις για να προλάβεις. "έλα που είσαι"; "να έτρεχα για κάτι δουλειές"... 
"έλα τι κάνεις; "τρέχω,συγγνώμη δε πρόλαβα να σου τηλεφωνήσω, πνίγομαι στη δουλειά.."παύση.
 την επόμενη φορά που θα πεις "τρέχω" ξανασκέψου το, γιατί ίσως θα 'χεις χάσει πολλά στο δρόμο. πλέον, εκτός από τη μιζέρια,που δε θα ήθελα να την αναλύσω τώρα,μου είναι ιδιαίτερα εμφανής η ανάγκη πολλών ανθρώπων για αυτοπροβολή και μία δήθεν εργασιομανία.η σιωπηλή εργασία είναι περισσότερο αποδοτική για μια ήρεμη ζωή.

how to begin the week in the office,uni,school everywhere...Use the plain, blue old-school Skag notebooks..yeah the ones you hated once.I love them now.Write what tasks must be done and when.It saves quality time don't you think? Also, if you have spare time take some felt scraps and cover the front and the back of the notebook.It works better ,though, with a much thicker cover, so it can stay stable.

what I also love is a notebook from the brand  'Χαρτοβασίλειον' .The vibrant colours cheer me up!
